Born in the
back office.

We started Black Office in 2024 after a decade of running finance and infrastructure teams, and watching the same pattern everywhere: brilliant people spending 60% of their week on work that follows rules.

Rules are what machines are for. Large models finally made it possible to hand agents entire lanes of operational work: not scripts that break, but colleagues that read, reason, act and log every step.

Today our agents run payables, payroll, compliance, DevOps, development and CX for 200+ companies. The mission hasn't moved: your best people on judgment, our agents on everything else.
